If the resemblance wasn’t obvious enough, Michelle is Jill’s daughter. She has worked with her mom at Gleba & Associates, on and off since the age of 12. Though she still responds to Jill Junior, her official title now is Managing Partner. Michelle graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Marketing and worked in the investment real estate industry for eight years until 2019, when she decided to join Gleba & Associates for good. She has her Series, 66, 7, and insurance licenses, and uses her business and investment background to focus on the marketing and operations side of the company.
When she’s not working, you’ll often find Michelle in downtown Rochester and walking one of the trails with her husband, Nick, and her rescue dog, Barley, or cheering on her alma mater, the University of Tennessee Vols.

Key Person Insurance is simply life insurance on the key person in a business. In a small business, this is usually the owner, the founders, or perhaps a key employee or two. These are the people who are crucial to a business–the ones whose absence would sink the company. You definitely need to consider Key Person Insurance on those people.
A Buy/Sell Agreement is a formal agreement/plan that is designed to protect the surviving owners from gaining an undesirable co-owner (such as a member of the deceased interest holder’s family).
A Buy/Sell Agreement, properly structured and adequately funded with Life and Disability Insurance can help provide a solid landing platform for your exit plan — and the people who depend on the future of your business.
Disability Insurance helps replace a major portion of your income when you are sick or injured and unable to work. You may think of it as your paycheck protection.
